All items sold by Delta Technology are backed up by the following warranties.
- Manufacturer Warranty: The standard manufacturers warranty as detailed in the product description applies to all products unless stated otherwise. However any damage due to misuse by the user is not covered under warranty.
- Damaged on Arrival (DOA) Warranty: Any item that is damaged upon delivery will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Any claim under a DOA Warranty must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
All returns under warranty are subject to the following conditions.
Returns must be authorised prior to their return. If you have a problem with your item, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to sort it out.
- Any item must be returned complete. That is to say that it must include all accessories, manuals, disks, cables, original packaging etc. Any item that is not complete will not be repaired/replaced until the missing parts have been received.
- The buyer must pay all postage/freight charges necessary to return the item. However we will pay for the postage/freight when sending the replacement/repaired item back to you. COD will not be accepted on any returned items.
- A return postage charge will be incurred for any item that is returned and is found to be functioning properly or where it is apparent that the damage has been caused by misuse on behalf of the user.
- Refunds will only be available if repair/replacement is not possible and the damage has not been caused by misuse on behalf of the user.
